He acquired empirical knowledge while making all possible mistakes, yet delivering thriving retail, telco, adtech, fintech and insurance project. He can lead the solutions of undefined problem spaces, helping clients frame the problem before tackling it. Such an approach helps drive innovative efforts that uncover new values with new kinds of experiences. And while tackling even minor improvements, Gintaras consider implications to end-to-end customer experience. He is simultaneously balancing considerations of business stakeholder spanning through marketing, sales, development and customer support domains.
